Catlike Thieves release new music video

CATLIKE THIEVES - “KISSES AND CANE”

Catlike Thieves - Kisses and CaneNine months after their first music video ‘Maybe Baby’ took to the MK charts by storm, Durban band Catlike Thieves have now released their second. This vibrant and tantalizing visual feast was created for their sexy new single ‘Kisses and Cane and was shot, edited and produced once again by the same industrious crew as the first!

The ‘Kisses and Cane’ music video has just launched on South African music video TV channel, MK, and can now be seen by eyeballs all over the world thanks to the “magic of the internet”.

Since the success of ‘Maybe Baby’, the band has been frantic with an extensive schedule including touring the length and breadth of South Africa and reaching the finals of the KFC Sessions in August.

The second collaboration between these light hearted rockers and iKind Media will certainly not be the last. Talk of a third music video is already in progress, so watch out for these guys in the near future!

New Catlike Thieves music video coming soon

CATLIKE THIEVES - “KISSES AND CANE”

Catlike Thieves - Kisses and Cane - Coming Soon!

Stealing fans since mid 2008, Durban Rock ‘n Roll band, Catlike Thieves, are rising to new highs. The band has created a fresh outlook on what they reckon people “should” call music. With a target audience ranging from the trailers in Benoni to the Lofts in Cape town, their “Old-school” meets “Britney” vibe reaches way beyond the roots of good old “care-free” Rock ‘n Roll.

Look out for their new iKind Media-produced music video for the song “Kisses and Cane” to be released soon! Watch the trailer left and keep up with news from the band on their website…

Habit To rolls out new music video

HABIT TO R10-40 - BOOMERANG SATURN

Habit To R10-40

Durban New Age Rock Band, Habit To, have been rocking the local music scene for the past 8 years and have recently released their second full length album entitled ‘Boomerang Saturn’. To compliment their second album, they’ve released their new music video (for the song R10,40), produced by iKind Media.

Band members Michelle “Chillie” Stent, Dale “Dang” Wardell and Andy Stent came up with a clever and unique concept which depicts the harsh realities of modern-day migration from rural areas to the city through the journey of a car tyre seeking a better life.

The iKind team scoured the streets of Durban and surrounding areas to find the best locations for a tyre to “roll”; catching quite a few questioning looks from passers by along the way…
